F\u00f6r stress gynnar inte det vi kallar god h\u00e4lsa\u2026<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-10677 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/lightweb.dev\/l\/svm-temp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/EvaWillenheimer-Stor-151x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Av Sjukgymnast Eva Willenheimer eva.willenheimer@bodyharmony.nu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5ra kroppar har fantastiska sj\u00e4lvreglerande system som sk\u00f6ter om oss. Maten sm\u00e4lts, blodet syres\u00e4tts och vi h\u00e5ller r\u00e4tt temperatur utan att vi beh\u00f6ver t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 det. I kritiska situationer griper det autonoma nervsystemet in f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka m\u00f6jligheterna f\u00f6r v\u00e5r \u00f6verlevnad. Det autonoma nervsystemet indelas i det parasympatiska och det sympatiska nervsystemet som har helt olika funktioner i v\u00e5ra kroppar. B\u00e5da dessa nervsystem kan vi inte direkt styra med viljan men indirekt kan vi skapa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar f\u00f6r att aktivera systemen.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r vi \u00e4r i behaglig v\u00e4rme, \u00e4ter god mat, njuter av massage eller andas lugnt s\u00e5 aktiverar vi det parasympatiska nervsystemet. \u00c4mnet oxytocin sprids i kroppen och hj\u00e4rtat sl\u00e5r lugnt, blodtrycket s\u00e4nks och vi k\u00e4nner oss behagliga till mods. Vetenskapliga studier visar att mammor som ammar fris\u00e4tter m\u00e4ngder av oxytocin i sina kroppar. Men oxytocin \u00e4r inget kvinnligt hormon, \u00e4ven m\u00e4n producerar det.<\/p>\n<p>Det sympatiska nervsystemet \u00e4r konstruerat f\u00f6r att r\u00e4dda livet p\u00e5 oss. N\u00e4r vi uppfattar n\u00e5got som hot eller fara s\u00e5 f\u00f6rbereder sig kroppen p\u00e5 att k\u00e4mpa, fly eller spela d\u00f6d. Blodtrycket och pulsen h\u00f6js, blodet omf\u00f6rdelas till v\u00e5r muskulatur (och inte till v\u00e5r matsm\u00e4ltning) och blodsockerhalten stiger. Hormoner s\u00e5 som kortisol, noradrenalin och adrenalin frisl\u00e4pps i kroppen. Nu \u00e4r vi v\u00e4l f\u00f6rberedda f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rsvara oss genom att springa snabbt eller utk\u00e4mpa strid. Eller som sista utv\u00e4g spela d\u00f6d och hoppas att anfallarna tappar intresse f\u00f6r oss.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r dessa tv\u00e5 nervsystem balanserar varandra och \u00e4r aktiva vid olika tidpunkter under dygnet s\u00e5 \u00e4r allt frid och fr\u00f6jd. Vi beh\u00f6ver aktivitet och vi beh\u00f6ver vila.<\/p>\n<p>Det vi kallar stress \u00e4r en \u00f6veraktivitet i sympatiska nervsystemet, det vill s\u00e4ga att vi hela tiden \u00e4r lite i kamp och flyktstadiet. Kanske \u00e4r det inte livshotande faror som finns i v\u00e5r vardag men v\u00e5r livsstil triggar ig\u00e5ng de autonoma systemen som finns i v\u00e5ra kroppar sedan urminnes tider. Stressp\u00e5slaget kan vara en livsstil med mycket prestationskrav eller tidspress.<\/p>\n<p>Ett s\u00e4tt att minska stress \u00e4r att indirekt aktivera det parasympatiska nervsystemet, \u201dlugn- och rosystemet\u201d. Det mest effektiva \u00e4r en \u201dgammal k\u00e4pph\u00e4st\u201d: Ta djupa andetag! Sitt eller ligg bekv\u00e4mt. L\u00e5t andningen ta tid och utandningen ska vara l\u00e5ng och avsp\u00e4nd. Andas p\u00e5 ett njutbart s\u00e4tt och t\u00e4nk g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 n\u00e5got som du \u00e4r tacksam f\u00f6r. H\u00e5ll din koncentration p\u00e5 andningen och k\u00e4nslan av tacksamhet n\u00e5gra minuter innan du \u00e5terg\u00e5r till din vardag.<\/p>\n<p>Andra s\u00e4tt \u00e4r att alltid sitta lugnt n\u00e4r du \u00e4ter och njuta av maten. Att tr\u00e4na aktivt med avslappning efter\u00e5t gynnar v\u00e5rt \u201dlugn- och rosystem\u201d men \u00e4ven att sjunga och skratta.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 vi ska vara glada f\u00f6r dessa b\u00e5da nervsystem f\u00f6r de beh\u00f6vs i olika situationer i v\u00e5ra liv, bara vi l\u00e4r oss att balansera dem r\u00e4tt!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00e5nga k\u00e4nner sig stressade &#8211; men vad \u00e4r egentligen stress?
