Projektet med ett nytt kommunhus i omr\u00e5det Bulevar i Estepona har tagit ett steg fram\u00e5t. Det g\u00f6r att samtliga kommunala avdelningar kan samlas under ett och samma tak. Kommunfullm\u00e4ktige har nyligen undertecknat det avtal d\u00e4r projektet tilldelas f\u00f6retaget Aguas, Caminos y Puentes S.L.<\/p>\n

Budgeten ligger p\u00e5 11.142.491 euro och projektet v\u00e4ntas ta 16 m\u00e5nader.<\/p>\n

Fastigheten blir p\u00e5 15.297 kvadratmeter med totalt sju v\u00e5ningar precis som de \u00f6vriga byggnaderna i omr\u00e5det. 8.567 kvadratmeter g\u00e4ller \u00f6ver mark plus en yta p\u00e5 6.729 kvadratmeter som g\u00e5r till f\u00f6rr\u00e5d och parkeringsutrymmen med plats f\u00f6r 169 bilar.<\/p>\n

Parkeringsplatsen blir offentlig med priset en euro f\u00f6r en hel dag. Den kommer att drivas av f\u00f6reningen APRONA (Asociaci\u00f3n de Personas con Diversidad Funcional).<\/p>\n

Framf\u00f6r kommunhuset byggs ett offentligt torg p\u00e5 4.731 kvadratmeter.<\/p>\n

Enligt pressmeddelandet blir det nya kommunhuset ett milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssigt riktm\u00e4rke med tillg\u00e4nglighet och h\u00e5llbar design d\u00e4r energisparande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder prioriteras.
