Uteg\u00e5ngsf\u00f6rbudet i Spanien f\u00e5r uppenbarligen vissa att bete sig mindre klokt, tv\u00e5 m\u00e4n blev h\u00e4romdagen arresterade i Mog\u00e1n p\u00e5 Gran Canaria efter att ha konfronterat Guardia Civil.<\/p>\n

Patrullen som patrullerade gatorna i staden observerade en grupp p\u00e5 fyra personer klockan 18:30 p\u00e5 calle Las Burillas som stod och pratade med varandra. De blev d\u00e5 tillfr\u00e5gade om deras motiv f\u00f6r att uppeh\u00e5lla sig p\u00e5 gatan och blev tillsagda att identifiera sig. Det visade sig d\u00e5 att tre av dem hade ingen laglig grund till att befinna sig p\u00e5 gatan.<\/p>\n

De blev d\u00e5 tillsagda att g\u00e5 hem, varvid tv\u00e5 av m\u00e4nnen blev aggressiva. Den ene mannen (41 \u00e5r) hotade polisen med en hammare och den andre mannen (31 \u00e5r) f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte hindra gripandet av den f\u00f6rre genom att g\u00e5 emellan och h\u00e5lla poliserna borta med en kratta.<\/p>\n

41-\u00e5ringen blev omedelbart gripen artikel 556.1 i strafflagen, men 31-\u00e5ringen lyckades fly, \u00e4ven den yngre greps emellertid tv\u00e5 timmar senare. Det \u00e4r kanske \u00f6verfl\u00f6digt att n\u00e4mna att de har kraftiga efterr\u00e4kningar att v\u00e4nta. Allvarlig olydnad mot myndigheter eller dess ombud straffas i Spanien med f\u00e4ngelse fr\u00e5n tre m\u00e5nader till ett \u00e5r eller med dagsb\u00f6ter p\u00e5 sex till 18 m\u00e5nader. Till det skall l\u00e4ggas straff f\u00f6r hoten med tillhyggen. Den tredje personen som saknade r\u00e4tt att vara ute men som inte var aggressiv kommer att f\u00e5 ett administrativt straff\u00f6rel\u00e4ggande fr\u00e5n regeringsdelegationen p\u00e5 Kanarie\u00f6arna.
