En siffra som \u00e4r om\u00f6jlig att n\u00e5, enligt honom sj\u00e4lv, med tanke p\u00e5 konjunkturen och prognoser f\u00f6r pensioner, h\u00e4lsa och utbildning.<\/p>\n<p>Juli\u00e1n N\u00fa\u00f1ez f\u00f6resl\u00e5r att det inf\u00f6rs v\u00e4gtullar p\u00e5 samtliga motorv\u00e4gar i Spanien. Avgiften b\u00f6r ligga p\u00e5 9 eller 19 c\u00e9ntimos per kilometer beroende p\u00e5 om det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt eller tung trafik.<\/p>\n<p>De nya avgifterna som byggarbetsgivaren Seopan rekommenderar skulle g\u00e4lla totalt 14.130 kilometer v\u00e4g i Spanien. I dagsl\u00e4get \u00e4r 73,5 procent av Spaniens totala v\u00e4gar avgiftsfria.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller motorv\u00e4gar har Spanien den l\u00e4gsta andelen, 17 procent, tullar p\u00e5 kontinenten.<\/p>\n<p>2018 \u00f6kade Tyskland sina avgifter p\u00e5 motorv\u00e4gar vilket har inneburit rekordsiffror i int\u00e4kter.<\/p>\n<p>Om Spanien inf\u00f6rde den genomsnittliga europeiska v\u00e4gtullen skulle det betyda int\u00e4kter p\u00e5 4.698 miljoner euro, enligt Seopans ber\u00e4kningar. Samtidigt skulle staten kunna spara 850 miljoner euro p\u00e5 underh\u00e5ll.
