Det uppger den spanska nyhetsbyr\u00e5n EFE.<\/p>\n<p>Det var i fredags som fackf\u00f6reningen l\u00e4mnade in en anm\u00e4lan till Andalusiens arbetsdomstol SERCLA (Sistema Extrajudicial de Conflictos Laborales) som \u00e4r det f\u00f6rsta steget i en r\u00e4ttslig process f\u00f6r att reglera anst\u00e4llningsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet och r\u00e4ttigheterna f\u00f6r SAS personal.<\/p>\n<p>Beslutet kommer efter att en arbetsplatsinspektion tidigare p\u00e5talat brister och flygbolaget inte har agerat. Enligt anm\u00e4lan som l\u00e4mnats in till arbetsdomstolen SERCLA f\u00f6rd\u00f6mer facket att SAS Irland anlitar CAE f\u00f6r att tillhandah\u00e5lla arbetskraft genom leasing till sin verksamhet vid basen i M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n<p>Fackf\u00f6rbundet menar att det r\u00f6r sig om en olaglig \u00f6verf\u00f6ring av personal till SAS och att flygbolaget \u00e4r skyldigt att registrera all sin personal vid basen i M\u00e1laga i enligt det allm\u00e4nna socialf\u00f6rs\u00e4kringssystemet Seguridad Social.
