Det \u00e4r den spanska f\u00f6reningen f\u00f6r vinjournalister och f\u00f6rfattare (AEPEV) som har f\u00f6r\u00e4rat Anisette Distillery Machaquito det prestigefyllda priset \u201dSpirit of Spain\u201d f\u00f6r lik\u00f6ren Machaquito Anis.<\/p>\n

En bed\u00f6mningspanel med 170 experter p\u00e5 vin och sprit smakade p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 1.500 olika skapelser fr\u00e5n hela Spanien f\u00f6r att ta fram \u00e5rets prisvinnare.<\/p>\n

Destilleriet ligger i Rute (Cordoba), som \u00e4r en liten jordbruksstad djupt inne bland Subbetica-kullarna. Det \u00e4r ingen direkt ny produkt f\u00f6r destilleriet, de har tillverkat den i 160 \u00e5r. Men under 2019 har f\u00f6retaget expanderat kraftigt eftersom produkterna, fr\u00e5n att ha varit en lokal f\u00f6reteelse i Andalusien, nu blivit ber\u00f6mda i hela Spanien.<\/p>\n

Enligt lokalbefolkningen har den en v\u00e4rmande effekt och \u00e4r perfekt till frukost f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rbereda sig f\u00f6r en kall dag p\u00e5 \u00e5krarna. <\/p>\n

Lik\u00f6ren h\u00e5ller 35% och \u00e4r framst\u00e4lld av det unika \u201dmatalahugakornet\u201d och n\u00e4r det produceras anv\u00e4nds bara naturliga eteriska oljor, socker och destillerad alkohol enligt ett gammalt familjerecept. Bildtext: Machaquito Anis.
