Det skriver dagstidningen Diario SUR p\u00e5 tisdagen.<\/p>\n<p>Totalt \u00e4r det 22 fastigheter som regionalregeringen Junta de Andalucia avyttrar och s\u00e4ljer genom auktion. Det gamla gr\u00e5a posthuset Correos fr\u00e5n 1970-talet har s\u00e5lts f\u00f6r 23.555.180 euro vilket \u00e4r n\u00e4ra sju miljoner mer j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med utg\u00e5ngspriset som var 16,8 miljoner euro.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt stadsplanen PGOU (Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urban\u00edstica) \u00e4r det meningen att fastigheten ska anv\u00e4ndas till n\u00e5gon form av social v\u00e4lf\u00e4rd. Men i dagsl\u00e4get \u00e4r det oklart vad fastigheten kommer att anv\u00e4ndas till.
