Under l\u00f6rdag och s\u00f6ndag g\u00e4ller erbjudandet mellan klockan 11-14.20 samt 16-19.45.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5 Club Hielo anordnas \u00e4ven kurser i konst\u00e5kning. Och p\u00e5 tisdagar och torsdagar klockan 21 till 22.30 \u00e4r det ishockey f\u00f6r vuxna. Har du lust att prova p\u00e5 finns det material att l\u00e5na.<\/p>\n

Skridsko\u00e5kning utvecklar styrkan i speciellt l\u00e5r-, s\u00e4tes- och ryggmusklerna och i mindre grad \u00e4ven vadmusklerna. Eftersom man anv\u00e4nder stora muskelgrupper n\u00e4r man \u00e5ker skridskor, blir fettf\u00f6rbr\u00e4nningen ocks\u00e5 effektiv om man \u00e5ker under en l\u00e4ngre tid. Speciellt vid en puls p\u00e5 120-150, s\u00e4ger han till tidskriften Iform.<\/p>\n

Thor Einar Andersen framh\u00e4ver balansen som en viktig del i skridsko\u00e5kningen. <\/p>\n

P\u00e5 grund av att man hela tiden stimulerar de nervimpulser som ska ombes\u00f6rja att man har huvudet upp\u00e5t och skridskorna ned\u00e5t, f\u00e5r man helt enkelt b\u00e4ttre balansf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och styrka i anklarna. Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got som inte minst barn har nytta av, enligt sportchefen i Norges Ishockeyf\u00f6rbund, Jon Haukeland.<\/p>\n

– Vi ser att m\u00e5nga barn i dag har d\u00e5lig motorik. Dels p\u00e5 grund av att de \u00e4r lite \u00f6verbeskyddade, dels p\u00e5 grund av att sitter stilla vid datorer en stor del av tiden. Skridsko\u00e5kning och bollspel p\u00e5 is st\u00e4ller stora krav p\u00e5 balans och \u00f6ga-hand-fot-koordination och d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt bra att utveckla barnens balansf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och kroppskontroll, menar han.
