Den nya livsstilen med kanske bara fem timmars s\u00f6mn \u00e4r riskfylld.<br \/>\nGaby Bader studerar aff\u00e4rsfolket. Det \u00e4r unga m\u00e4n och kvinnor med gott om pengar, guldkantade kontokort, aptit p\u00e5 livet &#8211; och som n\u00e4stan aldrig sover.<\/p>\n<p>Varningssignal<br \/>\nVi kan aldrig nog betona vikten av en god natts s\u00f6mn. Och skulle du f\u00e5 s\u00f6mnproblem ta det d\u00e5 p\u00e5 fullaste allvar. S\u00f6mnproblem \u00e4r n\u00e4mligen en allvarlig varningssignal.<br \/>\nDe flesta m\u00e4nniskor som blir sjukskrivna p\u00e5 grund av stress och utbr\u00e4ndhet har ocks\u00e5 haft sv\u00e5ra s\u00f6mnst\u00f6rningar.<br \/>\n-De personer som drabbas av stressrelaterade sjukdomar har haft gott om varningssignaler innan de blivit sjuka. Den vanligaste varningen \u00e4r s\u00f6mnsv\u00e5righeter. Och det \u00e4r farligt om kroppen inte f\u00e5r sin \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning, s\u00e4ger Aleksander Perski, docent i medicinsk psykologi vid Karolinska Institutet (KI) till tidningen Arbetsliv.<\/p>\n<p>Samband<br \/>\n-St\u00f6rd s\u00f6mn kan leda till diabetes, hj\u00e4rt-k\u00e4rlsjukdomar och depression, s\u00e4ger Torbj\u00f6rn \u00c5kerstedt, s\u00f6mnforskare vid KI till samma tidning. Du m\u00e5ste igenom alla s\u00f6mnens faser f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fullt utbyte av den. Dessutom sover du b\u00e4ttre om du tr\u00e4nar regelbundet. Det \u00e4r dock ingen god id\u00e9 att tr\u00e4na precis f\u00f6re l\u00e4ggdags, du b\u00f6r kunna varva ned n\u00e5gra timmar.<br \/>\nI en del fall kan s\u00f6mntabletter vara n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt, men undvik dem s\u00e5 mycket som m\u00f6jligt. Du blir beroende av dem, och efter hand som dosen \u00f6kar, kommer den s\u00f6vande effekten ocks\u00e5 att p\u00e5verka dig p\u00e5 dagen.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 sover du b\u00e4ttre<br \/>\nMed n\u00e5gra enkla knep kan du f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra din s\u00f6mn:<br \/>\n\u2022 H\u00e5ll rummet m\u00f6rkt och svalt.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tv\u00e4tta s\u00e4ngkl\u00e4derna regelbundet.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tv\u00e4tta b\u00e4ddmadrassen och huvudmadrassens \u00f6verdrag minst en g\u00e5ng om \u00e5ret.<br \/>\n\u2022 V\u00e4nd madrassen regelbundet \u2013 s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller den sig bekv\u00e4m l\u00e4ngre.<br \/>\n\u2022 L\u00f6s inte dagens problem p\u00e5 natten<br \/>\n\u2022 Skaffa dig fasta rutiner innan l\u00e4ggdags \u2013 det v\u00e4njer kroppen vid att du snart skall somna.<br \/>\n\u2022 Motionera inte senare \u00e4n fyra timmar f\u00f6re s\u00e4ngdags<br \/>\n\u2022 Begr\u00e4nsa \u00e4tandet och drickandet strax innan du skall l\u00e4gga dig.
