I h\u00f6st kommer vi med \u00e4nnu mer tips p\u00e5 kul och nyttiga \u00f6vningar Av Ola Josefsson<\/p>\n<p>Starka armar \u00e4r en klar f\u00f6rdel, eftersom vi anv\u00e4nder oss s\u00e5 mycket av dem i vardagen. Allt fler sitter timmar framf\u00f6r datorn varf\u00f6r det \u00e4r viktigt att f\u00f6rebygga arbetsskador. Samtidigt \u00e4r det ju lite kul att ha lite muskler p\u00e5 armarna.<br \/>\nKonditionstr\u00e4ning varvat med styrketr\u00e4ning g\u00f6r oftast att de f\u00e5r muskelkonturer. L\u00e4gg helst konditionstr\u00e4ningen efter styrkan, d\u00e5 br\u00e4nner man fett och p\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt syns musklerna mer.<\/p>\n<p>Vid armtr\u00e4ningen ska du \u00e4ven t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att axlarna ska vara avslappnade. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att ha en god h\u00e5llning med mycket magst\u00f6d. En v\u00e4l utvecklad br\u00f6stmuskulatur hj\u00e4lper ocks\u00e5 till varf\u00f6r vi har tagit med en b\u00e4nkpress\u00f6vning. Starka ben \u00e4r ju alltid en f\u00f6rdel. En s\u00e4ker benpress \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra \u00f6vningen i maskin.<br \/>\nTanken med v\u00e5ra bas\u00f6vningar \u00e4r att tr\u00e4na hela kroppen med relativt f\u00e5 \u00f6vningar som aktiverar m\u00e5nga muskelgrupper.<\/p>\n<p>En fr\u00e5ga som ofta dyker upp \u00e4r ofta man b\u00f6r tr\u00e4na varje muskelgrupp f\u00f6r att det ska vara effektivt. En grundregel s\u00e4ger att du b\u00f6r aktivera varje muskel tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger per vecka. Enklast \u00e4r att tr\u00e4na hela kroppen varje pass och k\u00f6ra tv\u00e5 pass i veckan. Eller s\u00e5 kan du dela upp kroppen i tv\u00e5 delar och k\u00f6ra fyra pass i veckan men d\u00e5 l\u00e4gga till n\u00e5gra extra set p\u00e5 varje \u00f6vning.<\/p>\n<p>I det h\u00e4r numret k\u00f6r vi i samarbete med Alpha Fitness tre bas\u00f6vningar som ger dig snygga \u00f6verarmar, starka och tajta br\u00f6stmuskler och starka ben. Modell \u00e4r Fitnessprofilen Teresa Garc\u00eda Santero som kom tv\u00e5a i Body Fitness i M\u00e1lagaprovinsen i fjol. Detta \u00e4r f\u00f6rslag, k\u00e4nner du dig os\u00e4ker, fr\u00e5ga alltid din instrukt\u00f6r s\u00e5 att du utf\u00f6r \u00f6vningarna r\u00e4tt. K\u00f6r samtliga \u00f6vningar i tre set med 10-15 repetitioner.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar du ditt tr\u00e4ningsresultat<br \/>\nGenom att \u00f6ka antalet set f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar du ditt tr\u00e4ningsresultat. En bra niv\u00e5 att b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 \u00e4r tv\u00e5 till fyra set per muskel och vecka.<br \/>\nF\u00f6r dig som har tr\u00e4nat ett tag och vill g\u00e5 vidare \u00e4r fem till tio set per muskel och vecka n\u00e4sta steg.<br \/>\nF\u00f6r riktig effektiv styrketr\u00e4ning \u00e4r det \u00f6ver tio set per muskel och vecka som g\u00e4ller.<\/p>\n<p>Bicepscurl med st\u00e5ng<br \/>\nDu tr\u00e4nar: Fr\u00e4mst \u00f6verarmens framsida.<br \/>\nUtf\u00f6rande: St\u00e4ll dig h\u00f6ftbrett eller med den ena foten framf\u00f6r den andra. L\u00e5s \u00f6verarmen vid kroppens sida s\u00e5 att armb\u00e5gsleden ligger n\u00e5got framf\u00f6r axelleden. B\u00f6j i armb\u00e5gsleden och pressa upp st\u00e5ngen. \u00c5terg\u00e5 till startposition. V\u00e4nd innan muskulaturen slappnar av.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e4nkpress p\u00e5 lutande b\u00e4nk med skivst\u00e5ng<br \/>\nDu tr\u00e4nar: Stora br\u00f6stmuskeln.<br \/>\nUtf\u00f6rande: L\u00e4gg dig ned med ryggen mot en b\u00e4nk och ta tag i skivst\u00e5ngen cirka 15 centimeter utanf\u00f6r axelbredd. Skivst\u00e5ngen ska placeras rakt ovanf\u00f6r br\u00f6stet och handlederna h\u00e5llas neutrala. Magen ska h\u00e5llas sp\u00e4nd och l\u00e4ndryggen ska vara i kontakt med b\u00e4nken. H\u00e5ll axlarna s\u00e4nkta under hela r\u00f6relsen. B\u00f6j armarna tills skivst\u00e5ngen snuddar l\u00e4tt vid br\u00f6stet och pressa sedan upp skivst\u00e5ngen till utg\u00e5ngsposition, stanna n\u00e4r du \u00e4r p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen att tappa skulderbladstrycket.
