Uttala och skriv ner din motivation och m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning. Se till att p\u00e5minna dig n\u00e4r du sviktar.<\/p>\n<p>3. Identifiera och inventera<br \/>\nIdentifiera dina matvanor, n\u00e4r du \u00e4ter och hur du \u00e4ter \u2013 n\u00e4r du \u00e4r glad, ledsen, stressad. Inventera vad \u00e4r det du \u00e4ter och hur ofta.<\/p>\n<p>4. S\u00e4tt upp m\u00e5l och gl\u00e4ds \u00e5t dina delm\u00e5l<br \/>\nDet \u00e4r viktigt med tydliga och realistiska m\u00e5l. Hur mycket och hur snabbt ska du g\u00e5 ned i vikt eller hur mycket ska du tr\u00e4na och vilken motionsform. Gl\u00e4ds \u00e5t dina delm\u00e5l. T\u00e4nk positiva tankar och bli din egen b\u00e4sta v\u00e4n.<\/p>\n<p>5. L\u00e4gg till en ny vana<br \/>\nL\u00e4gg till en ny vana varje vecka. Till exempel kan du b\u00f6rja med att ta trapporna ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r hissen, n\u00e4sta vecka g\u00e5r du och h\u00e4mtar och l\u00e4mnar barnen i skolan ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att ta bilen, veckan efter tar du kv\u00e4llspromenader, veckan d\u00e4rp\u00e5 sitter du ned och blundar i 5-10 minuter om dagen.<\/p>\n<p>6. Planera<br \/>\nG\u00f6r ink\u00f6pslistor och ligg alltid ett steg f\u00f6re i planeringen s\u00e5 att du inte \u00f6verraskas och hittar dig sj\u00e4lv med ett tomt kylsk\u00e5p. Det \u00e4r viktigt att du bokar in tr\u00e4ningspasset i din kalender. Det \u00e4r lika viktigt som vilket annat m\u00f6te som helst.<\/p>\n<p>7. Prioritera<br \/>\nVar \u00e4rlig mot dig sj\u00e4lv. V\u00e4rdes\u00e4tter du dina nya vanor och dig sj\u00e4lv? Kommer dina nya vanor h\u00f6gt p\u00e5 prioriteringslistan (max p\u00e5 tredje plats) kommer det att bli av.<\/p>\n<p>8. Undvik fallgroparna<br \/>\nIdentifiera n\u00e4r du \u00e5ker dit, tr\u00f6st\u00e4ter eller slarvar med snabbmat. N\u00e4r du identifierat dessa beteendem\u00f6nster \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att ta kommandot \u00f6ver dina matvanor. Identifiera ocks\u00e5 vilka personer i din omgivning som \u00e4r dina supportrar. Undvik fallgroparna.\u201d Man ramlar bara ned i gropen en g\u00e5ng, n\u00e4sta g\u00e5ng kommer man g\u00e5 runt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>9. Klara svackorna<br \/>\nAcceptera svackan om och n\u00e4r den kommer, men se till att det stannar vid en svacka och inte blir en vana. Kom tillbaka till din nya vana och ta l\u00e4rdom utan att d\u00f6ma dig sj\u00e4lv.<\/p>\n<p>10.  Ber\u00f6m<br \/>\nAtt tydligt st\u00e5 f\u00f6r sina beslut och vara stolt \u00f6ver dem \u00e4r mycket viktigt f\u00f6r att lyckas.
