Det \u00e4r den femtonde upplagan av det gastronomiska evenemanget som har tonvikt p\u00e5 den lokala gastronomin.<\/p>\n<p>Det kommer att lagas mer \u00e4n 6.500 portioner av den traditionella soppan &#8221;Perota de \u00c1lora&#8221; som tillverkas av br\u00f6d, paprika, l\u00f6k, tomater, potatis, sparris, olja och oliver.  F\u00f6rutom soppan s\u00e5 serveras ocks\u00e5 lokalproducerad ost, br\u00f6d, citrusfrukter och oliver.<\/p>\n<p>Det kommer ocks\u00e5 att finnas mer \u00e4n 70 f\u00f6retag relaterade till gastronomi som exponerar sina lokalt framst\u00e4llda produkter samt utst\u00e4llare som visar \u00e4ldre utrustning f\u00f6r livsmedelsframst\u00e4llning. Dessutom visas jordbruksutrustning relaterat till slakt, apelsin, olivolja, mandel, hemlagad tv\u00e5l och osttillverkning. Allt \u00e4r s\u00e5dant som kan betraktas som essentiellt f\u00f6r den lokala ekonomin.<\/p>\n<p>Hela arrangemanget startar klockan 12:00, p\u00e5 torget &#8221;Plaza Baja de la Desped\u00eda&#8221; kommer det under dagen att vara olika upptr\u00e4danden med flamenco och s\u00e5ng. Serveringen av soppan startar klockan 14:00. F\u00f6r barn kommer det att anordnas intressanta verksamheter och guidade turer organiseras fr\u00e5n klockan 16:00. <\/p>\n<p>Det kommer att finnas en s\u00e4rskild rutt innefattande 20 barer d\u00e4r det erbjuds drycker med gratis sopp-tapas.     Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att ta sig till \u00c1lora, pendelt\u00e5gslinje C2 fr\u00e5n M\u00e1laga g\u00e5r dit och fr\u00e5n stationen g\u00e5r det bussar upp till gamla stan d\u00e4r allt h\u00e4nder, dessa bussar anpassar tiderna till t\u00e5gen.
