Den nya spanska regeringens avsikter att \u00e4ndra p\u00e5 bostadspolitiken har f\u00e5tt larmklockorna att ringa i fastighetsbranschen. Men \u00e4nnu har inget beslut fattats s\u00e5 det kanske kan vara l\u00e4ge \u201datt sitta still i b\u00e5ten\u201d ett tag till.<\/p>\n

F\u00f6rslaget g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att bestraffa \u00e4garna till tomma bost\u00e4der, n\u00e5got som regeringen nu \u00f6verv\u00e4ger.<\/p>\n

Enligt utvecklingsministeriet m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rst definitionen av vad som \u00e4r en tom bostad stramas \u00e5t, f\u00f6rst d\u00e4refter kan man fastst\u00e4lla hur m\u00e5nga bost\u00e4der det r\u00f6r sig om. D\u00e4refter kommer man enligt regeringen att analysera om det skall b\u00f6tf\u00e4llas eller inte.<\/p>\n
