Siffrorna som nu finns tillg\u00e4ngliga f\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta halv\u00e5ret 2018 visar att det genomsnittliga l\u00e5net som beviljas i M\u00e1laga ligger p\u00e5 129.600 euro. Medan det under fastighetskrisens sv\u00e5raste \u00e5r (2012-2014) sj\u00f6nk till under 110.000 euro. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c5rets siffror bekr\u00e4ftar fastighetssektorns upp\u00e5tg\u00e5ende trend, under \u00e5rets f\u00f6rsta sex m\u00e5nader visar uppgifter som har samlats in av  National Institute of Statistics (INE) att M\u00e1laga har erh\u00e5llit n\u00e4stan 9.100 hypoteksl\u00e5n f\u00f6r ink\u00f6p av bost\u00e4der till en finansierad volym aag cirka 1.180 miljoner euro. \u00d6kningen j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med samma period 2017 \u00e4r 15 % f\u00f6r verksamheten och n\u00e4stan 24% f\u00f6r det l\u00e5nade kapitalet.
