N\u00e5gra av producenterna \u00e4r Bodega Jorge Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez med Botani Espumoso (en s\u00f6t moscatel) och Botani Muscat (en torr moscatel). Bodegas Quitapenas tillverkar fyra mousserande viner: Florestel torr och s\u00f6t samt Tach\u00edn halvtorra och feria.<\/p>\n<p>Tierras de Mollina producerar tre mousserande som Apiane seco, rosado och moscatel samt Casa de Guardia g\u00f6r b\u00e5de en torr och en halvtorr dock inte i M\u00e1laga utan i Requena p\u00e5 spanska ostkusten.<\/p>\n<p>Inom kort b\u00f6rjar allts\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen av ett mousserande vin enligt \u201dchampagnemetoden\u201d, det vill s\u00e4ga med en andra j\u00e4sning i flaskan. Tartratos blir ett torrt mousserande vin, brut nature, tillverkat i provinsen och lagrat p\u00e5 flaska i 30 m\u00e5nader. Sk\u00f6rden av druvorna gjordes 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt Dimobe ska presentation och f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning starta till sommaren.
