En kommission som tidigare har \u00f6verklagat ett negativt domstolsbeslut om att San Pedro Alc\u00e1ntara b\u00f6r bli egen kommun har p\u00e5 nytt st\u00f6tt p\u00e5 patrull och f\u00e5tt avslag fr\u00e5n sin \u00f6verklagan fr\u00e5n H\u00f6gsta domstolen TS (Tribunal Supremo). Enligt nyhetsbyr\u00e5n Europa Press som tagit del av domstolsbeslutet blir det inget av den process som skulle utmynna i att San Pedro skulle bli egen kommun.<\/p>\n

En \u00f6verklagan mot ett tidigare beslut vid Andalusiens regionala h\u00f6gsta domstol l\u00e4mnades in 2015 av en kommission under namnet \u201dComisi\u00f3n Promotora de la Segregaci\u00f3n y Creaci\u00f3n del Municipio de San Pedro Alc\u00e1ntara\u201d till Spaniens h\u00f6gsta domstol TS.<\/p>\n

Beslutet fr\u00e5n Andalusiens h\u00f6gsta domstol kom efter den beg\u00e4ran som l\u00e4mnades in i augusti 2011 om att San Pedro skulle bli en sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndig kommun. D\u00e4refter l\u00e4mnades en \u00f6verklagan in.<\/p>\n

Om San Pedro skulle bryta sig loss och bli en egen kommun skulle det f\u00e5 negativa konsekvenser f\u00f6r Marbella rent ekonomiskt. Cirka 50.000 f\u00e4rre inv\u00e5nare skulle betyda f\u00e4rre bidrag fr\u00e5n staten i form av skolplatser, poliser, h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rd och service till turister bland annat.<\/p>\n
