Fr\u00f6ken Anna Gabriel befinner sig i Schweiz sedan n\u00e5gra dagar.<\/p>\n<p>Anna Gabriel har i en intervju f\u00f6r en schweizisk tidning uppgett att hon inte t\u00e4nker infinna sig till f\u00f6rh\u00f6r i H\u00f6gsta domstolen i Spanien. Gabriel \u00e4r en av huvudpersonerna d\u00e4r katalanska separatister har organiserat en olaglig sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndighetsprocess.<\/p>\n<p>Gabriel skulle ha inst\u00e4llt sig till f\u00f6rh\u00f6r klockan 09.30 p\u00e5 onsdagen. Enligt artikel 487 i strafflagen kan en arresteringsorder utf\u00e4rdas p\u00e5 en person som utan legitim anledning inte infinner sig till f\u00f6rh\u00f6r.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e5klagare vid H\u00f6gsta domstolen hade bett domaren Pablo Llarena att utf\u00e4rda en internationell arresteringsorder av Anna Gabriel efter sin flykt till Gen\u00e8ve (Schweiz). M\u00e5let var att hon kunde gripas och \u00f6verl\u00e4mnas till Spanien. Domaren har inte beslutat om n\u00e5gon internationell arresteringsorder.
