Klagom\u00e5l fr\u00e5n boende n\u00e4ra stranden ledde fram till att Nerjas tidigare borgm\u00e4stare Jos\u00e9 Alberto Armijo (Partido Popular) beslutade att st\u00e4nga baren.<\/p>\n<p>Efter st\u00e4ngningen har inte platsen underh\u00e5llits. Sopor och annat br\u00e5te har gjort att klagom\u00e5len fr\u00e5n de boende har fortsatt. Samtidigt har det f\u00f6rhandlats om den 1.307 kvadratmeter stora tomten och hur den kan utvecklas i stadsplanen PGOU  (Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urban\u00edstica).<\/p>\n<p>Den gamla stigen som leder fr\u00e5n paseo de los Carabineros till baren st\u00e4ngdes i mars 2002 p\u00e5 grund av rasrisk. H\u00e4r har heml\u00f6sa och andra uteliggare \u00f6vernattat och l\u00e4mnat sopor och skr\u00e4p efter sig.<\/p>\n<p>Diario SUR skriver att kommunen har kommit \u00f6verens med \u00e4garen om att k\u00f6pa tomten vid viken Calahonda f\u00f6r 953.618,56 euro.
