Ytterligare investeringar och k\u00f6p kan v\u00e4ntas meddelar Ayco som ser positivt p\u00e5 den spanska fastighetsmarknaden s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller storst\u00e4der och bostadsmarknaden p\u00e5 Costa del Sol. Det \u00e4r en idealisk tid f\u00f6r f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv av fastigheter n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller bost\u00e4der och hotell.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan tidigare har Ayco k\u00f6pt det gamla hotellet Byblos vid Mijas golf. Hotellet ska renoveras och v\u00e4ntas \u00f6ppna inom de n\u00e4rmaste \u00e5ren. Byblos ligger p\u00e5 en 50.873 kvadratmeter stor tomt.
