Samtidigt firas man fyra\u00e5rsjubileum med det mousserande vinet Botani Espumoso.<\/p>\n<p>70 procent av druvorna sk\u00f6rdas i mycket kuperad terr\u00e4ng tack vare mul\u00e5snor. \u00c5rets Botani Espumoso kommer att lanseras i en ny flaska med ny etikett. Det mousserande vinet som har r\u00f6nt stor uppm\u00e4rksamhet har en svagt rosa ton. Ifjol lanserades Botani Muscat som har en n\u00e5got mjukare stil.<\/p>\n<p>Jorge Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez \u00e4r ett omtalat namn som har utvecklat vinn\u00e4ringen i provinsen M\u00e1laga. En av producentens dessertviner serverades vid Nobelfesten i Bl\u00e5 Hallen i Stockholm f\u00f6r en del \u00e5r sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Botani espumoso gj\u00f6rs p\u00e5 druvan Moscatel de Alejandr\u00eda som vuxit p\u00e5 gamla vinstockar som planterades mellan 1940 till 1960 i Valle de los Lagares i Alm\u00e1char. H\u00e4r ligger temperaturen i genomsnitt p\u00e5 30 grader under sommaren och \u00e5tta grader vintertid.
