Madrid-baserade Trem\u00f3n vill skapa ett nytt shoppingkomplex p\u00e5 152.000 kvadratmeter med olika \u00e5kattraktioner, hotell, bio och scen.<\/p>\n<p>Satsningen skulle medf\u00f6ra en enorm omvandling av Arroyo de la Miel. Det talas om en backe med konstgjord sn\u00f6 plus mycket annat. Tusentals nya parkeringsplatser kommer att anl\u00e4ggas och i anslutning till anl\u00e4ggningen ska det byggas kontorsfastigheter.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4gander\u00e4tten bed\u00f6ms vara det st\u00f6rsta hindret i att g\u00e5 vidare med planerna. Trem\u00f3n k\u00f6pte Tivoli World av f\u00f6retagaren Rafael G\u00f3mez, k\u00e4nd under smeknamnet Sandok\u00e1n och \u00e4gare till f\u00f6retaget Arenal 2000. Men k\u00f6pet har inte fullbordats. Aff\u00e4ren har hamnat i domstol eftersom den betraktas som ej betald.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt Diario SUR har representanter fr\u00e5n Trem\u00f3n tr\u00e4ffat Benalm\u00e1denas borgm\u00e4stare V\u00edctor Navas vid flera tillf\u00e4llen den senaste tiden f\u00f6r att presentera sina nya planer.<\/p>\n<p>Den nya j\u00e4ttesatsningen i Arroyo de la Miel skulle skapa 1.600 nya arbetstillf\u00e4llen under byggtiden och d\u00e4refter 3.300 arbetstillf\u00e4llen n\u00e4r anl\u00e4ggningen v\u00e4l \u00e4r klar. Byggtiden \u00e4r ber\u00e4knad till tv\u00e5 \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Fastighetsbolaget Trem\u00f3n vill ocks\u00e5 se f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad infrastruktur och v\u00e4gf\u00f6rbindelser i Benalm\u00e1dena.
