Idag den 8 mars \u00e4r det som kanske m\u00e5nga k\u00e4nner till den internationella kvinnodagen. Eurostat har gjort en analys av hur j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldheten ser ut vad betr\u00e4ffar l\u00f6ner och chefspositioner.<\/p>\n

I Spanien tj\u00e4nar kvinnliga chefer 16% mindre \u00e4n sina manliga motsvarigheter, men detta \u00e4r trots allt b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n genomsnittet i EU. <\/p>\n

I Lettland finns det fler kvinnor \u00e4n m\u00e4n i ledningen f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag och i Rum\u00e4nien tj\u00e4nar kvinnliga chefer n\u00e4stan lika mycket som m\u00e4n. Men dessa tv\u00e5 l\u00e4nder utg\u00f6r undantaget, endast en europeisk chef av tre \u00e4r kvinna \u2013 och dessa tj\u00e4nar i genomsnitt 25% mindre \u00e4n m\u00e4n. Detta kommer fr\u00e5n uppgifter som sl\u00e4pptes ig\u00e5r fr\u00e5n Eurostat, EU;s utredningsinstitut inf\u00f6r den internationella kvinnodagen.<\/p>\n

Spanien rankas relativt v\u00e4l i unders\u00f6kningen. Andelen kvinnor i chefspositioner \u00e4r 37%, tv\u00e5 procentenheter \u00f6ver EU-genomsnittet, f\u00f6r totalt drygt 76.000 kvinnliga chefer i en pool p\u00e5 ca 208.000 ledande befattningar i Spanien. Och spanska manliga chefer tj\u00e4nar 16,2% mer \u00e4n sina kvinnliga motsvarigheter, mot ett EU-genomsnitt l\u00f6negap p\u00e5 23,4%.
\nI Rum\u00e4nien \u00e4r inkomstskillnaden bara 5%, medan i andra \u00e4nden av skalan \u00e5terfinns Ungern och Italien d\u00e4r manliga chefer tj\u00e4nar 33% mer. I Spanien, finns det n\u00e5gra kvinnor i mycket framtr\u00e4dande positioner. Ana Patricia Bot\u00edn presiderar \u00f6ver Spaniens st\u00f6rsta bank, Santander, d\u00e4r hon tj\u00e4nade 9,9 miljoner Euro f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret, inklusive l\u00f6ner och pensioner.
