Romero anser sig veta vad svenskarna som bes\u00f6ker Costa del Sol vill ha.<br \/>\n-Vi k\u00e4nner v\u00e4l till svenskarna och skandinaverna, det \u00e4r en viktig m\u00e5lgrupp f\u00f6r oss. Svenskarna var p\u00e5 Solkusten tidigt, de har en bra kunskap om Spanien. Tillr\u00e4ttalagda middagar d\u00e4r vinet spelar huvudrollen.<br \/>\n-Efter m\u00e5nga \u00e5r k\u00e4nner vi oss nu mogna f\u00f6r att ber\u00e4tta om Spaniens gastronomi. I f\u00f6rsta hand ska vi presentera andalusiska produkter, som g\u00e4st hos oss ska du k\u00e4nna dig n\u00e4rvarande i Andalucia.<br \/>\nSvenska Magasinets uts\u00e4nda sl\u00e5r sig ned vid ett av de runda borden i den \u00f6ppet ljusa restaurangen. Vi tar del av fantastiska l\u00e4ckerheter, k\u00e4nner nya smaker och dofter.<\/p>\n<p>Doppa i olja<br \/>\nTa bara det h\u00e4r med olivolja. Att doppa br\u00f6det i tre sorters olika olivoljor vid middagsbordet tillh\u00f6r ovanligheterna. I en prydlig liten sk\u00e5l finns tre sorters oljor, bland annat v\u00e4rldens b\u00e4sta \u2013 La Laguna de Fuente de piedra. De \u00f6vriga tv\u00e5 \u00e4r Cerro Castillo, tillverkad p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 sorters oliver, fr\u00e5n Andalusien och Katalonien samt Marques de Gri\u00f1on erk\u00e4nda Capilla del Fraile gjord p\u00e5 tre sorters oliver. Alla tre, riktiga h\u00f6jdare, med sin egen mjuka runda stil.<\/p>\n<p>Pat\u00e9 p\u00e5 Armagnac<br \/>\nHuvudr\u00e4tten best\u00e5r av exempelvis grillad merluza p\u00e5 spett med det vita viner Medalla de Oro fr\u00e5n Rias Baixas och bodegan Senioro de Sobral.<br \/>\n\u201dEl bote\u201d serverar dessutom fantastiska pat\u00e9er som rekommenderas som starter eller f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt. En pat\u00e9 \u00e4r smaksatt med Armagnac, ett druvdestillat fr\u00e5n det franska distriktet Armagnac i sydv\u00e4stra Frankrike som g\u00f6rs genom destillation av vitt vin. En av de mest fantastiska smaker som undertecknad har k\u00e4nt.<br \/>\nMed en aperitivo av m\u00e4rket \u201dOchoa\u201d gjord p\u00e5 druvorna Alexandria och Moscatel fr\u00e5n vindistriktet Navarra besannar uttrycket om det \u201dsom gifter sig\u201d.<br \/>\nVi l\u00e4t \u00e4ven inmundiga ett r\u00f6dvin fr\u00e5n Ronda. Nej, inte Ronda, kanske n\u00e5gon t\u00e4nker. S\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte vi ocks\u00e5, tills vi bl\u00e4ndades av dess smak, f\u00e4rg och doft. Det var en Pago el Espino fr\u00e5n 2004 gjort p\u00e5 Tempranillo, Merlot och Syrah.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00f6dvinskokt ris<br \/>\nMin egen favorit f\u00f6r dagen blev dessertvinet fr\u00e5n vindistriktet Aragonien med namnet \u201dCampo de Borja\u201d fr\u00e5n bodegan Coto de Hayas. Till detta kom efterr\u00e4tten Divino. Det \u00e4r som Arroz con leche (risgrynsgr\u00f6t) med den skillnaden att riset \u00e4r kokt i r\u00f6dvin. P\u00e5 toppen av efterr\u00e4tten placeras en glasskula.<br \/>\nTill denna efterr\u00e4tt g\u00e5r det \u2013 utan problem (!) \u2013 att avnjuta en fantastisk lik\u00f6r fr\u00e5n Huelva gjord p\u00e5 mandariner och apelsiner. \u201dDivino\u201d betyder \u201dgudomligt\u201d. Uttrycket \u201ddi vino\u201d betyder \u201dav vin\u201d p\u00e5 italienska.<\/p>\n<p>Avslut<br \/>\nVi avslutade hela h\u00e4rligheten med en drink i baren. En Gin &#038; Tonic gjord p\u00e5 en torr London Gin, f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkt med en skiva gurka och en kvist av rosmarie som ger ny friskhet till en gammal k\u00e4ndis i cocktailv\u00e4rlden.<br \/>\nI h\u00f6st v\u00e4ntar stora ombyggnader d\u00e5 restaurang \u201dEl bote\u201d f\u00e5r egen bodega inbyggd i kristall och glas. Det blir \u00e4ven en inbyggd avdelning f\u00f6r r\u00f6kare. P\u00e5 \u00f6verv\u00e5ningen ska en strandbar byggas.
