Yogan g\u00f6r mycket gott f\u00f6r din kropp. Den balanserar blodtrycket, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar immunf\u00f6rsvaret och matsm\u00e4ltningen, st\u00e4rker dina muskler och g\u00f6r dem smidigare. Genom yogan kan du stilla ditt sinne och samtidigt fylla p\u00e5 kroppen med ny energi, s\u00e4ger Eva Lindblom, yogainstrukt\u00f6r p\u00e5 Costa del Sol.<\/p>\n<p>Kan vem som helst ut\u00f6va yoga?<br \/>\n-Alla m\u00e4nniskor kan ut\u00f6va yoga oavsett \u00e5lder, kondition eller religion, ung eller gammal, sjuk eller frisk. M\u00e5nga tror yoga \u00e4r f\u00f6r lite konstiga eller flummiga m\u00e4nniskor, att det bara \u00e4r att sitta stilla och meditera. Yoga \u00e4r jobbigt fysiskt, man jobbar med det fysiska och mentala samtidigt, det \u00e4r aldrig f\u00f6r sent att b\u00f6rja och vem som helst kan g\u00f6ra det.<br \/>\nJag har ju varit p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra av dina pass och det var mycket mer anstr\u00e4ngande \u00e4n vad jag trodde men \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r man inte tr\u00f6tt efter\u00e5t man \u00e4r snarare piggare, j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med h\u00e5rdare gymtr\u00e4ning?<br \/>\n-P\u00e5 ett yogapass vilar du lika mycket som du tr\u00e4nar. Du g\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00f6vningar sen vilar du, f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4ningen ska f\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre effekt. P\u00e5 gymmet s\u00e5 k\u00f6r man p\u00e5 och tar bara snabba vattenpauser, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r blir du tr\u00f6tt.<br \/>\n-\u00c4r du stressad i din vardag och stressar \u00e4nnu mer f\u00f6r att hinna tr\u00e4na, och d\u00e5 tar ett pass p\u00e5 gymmet d\u00e4r det \u00e4r mycket h\u00f6g musik och du tr\u00e4nar h\u00e5rt. D\u00e5 rekommenderar jag om du ska m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre att g\u00e5 p\u00e5 ett yogapass i st\u00e4llet eller att du kompletterar din gymtr\u00e4ning med yoga. F\u00f6r att komma bort fr\u00e5n allt ljud och stress vi har i v\u00e5r omgivning, f\u00f6r att fylla p\u00e5 med ny energi och samtidigt f\u00e5 samma effekt som ett gympass.<\/p>\n<p>Dina yogakurser h\u00e5ller till p\u00e5 Puro beach, utomhus p\u00e5 stranden. Ber\u00e4tta!<br \/>\n-Puro beach \u00e4r en underbar plats att yoga p\u00e5. Att \u00e5ka dit p\u00e5 morgonen \u00e4r som att \u00e5ka p\u00e5 semester, vi yogar p\u00e5 \u00e4kta marockanska mattor bara n\u00e5gra meter fr\u00e5n strandkanten.<br \/>\n-Kundaliniyogan som jag ut\u00f6var best\u00e5r av kroppsst\u00e4llningar, andnings\u00f6vningar och i viss m\u00e5n mediation. Det \u00e4r en slags yoga som passar alla m\u00e4nniskor, \u00e4ven nyb\u00f6rjare. Speciellt morgonpasset som jag har p\u00e5 onsdagar det \u00e4r lite utav mjukyoga som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6rberedelser f\u00f6r de mer fysiska eftermiddagspassen jag har p\u00e5 tisdagar och torsdagar.<br \/>\n-Sedan har jag \u00e4ven inomhusyoga p\u00e5 Magna Cafe varje m\u00e5ndag, i en j\u00e4ttefin lokal med spegel och m\u00e5nga f\u00f6nster. En g\u00e5ng i m\u00e5naden har jag midnattsyoga. Detta \u00e4r en fantastisk upplevelse som jag tycker alla borde prova p\u00e5.<br \/>\nFotnot. Eva Lindblom har yogakurser p\u00e5 Puro beach varje tisdag och torsdag mellan 18:30-20:00 och p\u00e5 onsdagar mellan 9:00-10-30.
