Kombinerat med regelbundna l\u00e5ngpromenader eller spinningpass och r\u00e4tt kost \u00e4r du p\u00e5 v\u00e4g mot din egen dr\u00f6mkropp Av Ola Josefsson<\/p>\n<p>I januari inledde vi artikelserien Satsa friskt mot beach 2007. Sedan dess har vi g\u00e5tt igenom kroppens st\u00f6rre muskelgrupper och gett f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 effektiva \u00f6vningar. Med \u00e5rets sex f\u00f6rsta nummer av Svenska Magasinet\/Livsstil har du nu ett bra tr\u00e4ningsschema att f\u00f6lja.<\/p>\n<p>Lilla extra<br \/>\nJanuarinumret tog sikte p\u00e5 axlar\/\u00f6vre delen av br\u00f6st, februari om hur du f\u00e5r en stark rygg, mars var det magen, april bj\u00f6d p\u00e5 tips p\u00e5 hur du f\u00e5r starka armar och i f\u00f6rra numret var det betoning p\u00e5 ben och rumpa.<br \/>\nNu har vi kommit fram till sista delen, \u201dgott &#038; blandat\u201d, d\u00e4r vi tipsar om n\u00e5gra extra \u00f6vningar som kan betyda det d\u00e4r lilla extra f\u00f6r din rygg, triceps, br\u00f6st eller baksida axlar. \u00d6vningar du l\u00e4gger in p\u00e5 de dagar d\u00e5 du k\u00f6r respektive muskelgrupp. Modell \u00e4r som tidigare Teresa Garc\u00eda Santero fr\u00e5n Alpha Fitness i Fuengirola.<\/p>\n<p>Schema<br \/>\nEtt bra schema kan exempelvis vara:<br \/>\nM\u00e5ndagar, axlar och br\u00f6st.<br \/>\nTisdagar, Ben, rumpa, vader och mage.<br \/>\nOnsdagar, vilodag, men g\u00e4rna en l\u00e5ng morgonpromenad.<br \/>\nTorsdagar, armar, biceps och triceps.<br \/>\nFredag, spinning eller annan kondition.<br \/>\nL\u00f6rdagar, rygg samt baksida axlar.<br \/>\nS\u00f6ndagar, vilodag, men g\u00e4rna en l\u00e5ng morgonpromenad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dKontakt\u201d<br \/>\nHur m\u00e5nga set eller repetitioner som rekommenderas beror p\u00e5 vad du vill g\u00f6ra med din tr\u00e4ning. Vill du bygga g\u00e4ller tyngre vikter med f\u00e5 reps, satsar du p\u00e5 f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning v\u00e4ljer du l\u00e4ttare vikter med m\u00e5nga repetitioner. Antalet set b\u00f6r ligga p\u00e5 tre eller fyra.<br \/>\n\u00c4r du os\u00e4ker fr\u00e5ga din instrukt\u00f6r s\u00e5 att du utf\u00f6r r\u00f6relsen korrekt och f\u00e5r \u201dkontakt\u201d i r\u00e4tt muskel. Utf\u00f6r \u00f6vningarna i tre set om 10-15 repetitioner, och d\u00e5 ska muskeln vara helt utmattad. Stretcha efter\u00e5t!<\/p>\n<p>Dips eller b\u00e4nkdips<br \/>\nUtf\u00f6rande: Dips kan du utf\u00f6ra i speciell hissmaskin (2) eller p\u00e5 b\u00e4nk (1) genom att placera h\u00e4nderna p\u00e5 kanten av en plan b\u00e4nk och vila f\u00f6tterna p\u00e5 en annan b\u00e4nk. Andas in och b\u00f6j armarna f\u00f6r att sedan str\u00e4cka armarna fullt ut och andas ut. I en maskin kan du antingen h\u00e4nga fritt eller s\u00e4tta f\u00f6tterna p\u00e5 ett steg och dessutom l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 extra vikt. Fr\u00e5ga p\u00e5 ditt gym om de har en dipsmaskin. 3&#215;15.<br \/>\nDu tr\u00e4nar: Triceps och till viss del \u00e4ven br\u00f6st.<\/p>\n<p>Fram\u00e5tlutande hantellyft \u00e5t sidan<br \/>\nUtf\u00f6rande: St\u00e5 med f\u00f6tterna is\u00e5r och kn\u00e4na l\u00e4tt b\u00f6jda. Luta dig fram\u00e5t i midjan, h\u00e5ll ryggen rak. H\u00e5ll hantlarna med aningen b\u00f6jda armb\u00e5gar. Andas in och lyft hantlarna ut fr\u00e5n kroppen. T\u00e4nk att du lyfter hantlarna med axlarna och inte med armarna. 3&#215;12.<br \/>\nDu tr\u00e4nar: Hela axelpartiet men fr\u00e4mst baksidan.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e4nkpress p\u00e5 snedb\u00e4nk<br \/>\nUtf\u00f6rande: Ligg p\u00e5 en b\u00e4nk som lutar mellan 45 och 60 grader. Fatta skivst\u00e5ngen med \u00f6verhandsgrepp och med h\u00e4nderna n\u00e5got bredare is\u00e4r \u00e4n axelpartiet. Andas in och s\u00e4nk skivst\u00e5ngen tills den n\u00e5r halsgropen. Pressa upp tills raka armar och andas ut. 3&#215;12.<br \/>\nDu tr\u00e4nar: \u00d6vre delen av br\u00f6stpartiet och triceps.<\/p>\n<p>Latsdrag bakom huvudet<br \/>\nUtf\u00f6rande: Sitt med huvudet mot maskinen och kila fast l\u00e5ren under kuddarna. Fatta dragst\u00e5ngen med ett mycket brett \u00f6verhandsgrepp. Andas in och dra ned st\u00e5ngen bakom nacken, f\u00f6r armb\u00e5garna bak\u00e5t medan du drar. H\u00e5ll emot p\u00e5 v\u00e4gen upp och andas ut. Detta \u00e4r en utm\u00e4rkt \u00f6vning f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra ryggen bredare. 3&#215;12.<br \/>\nDu tr\u00e4nar: Ryggen<\/p>\n<p>Fram\u00e5tlutande skivst\u00e5ngsrodd<br \/>\nUtf\u00f6rande: St\u00e5 med kn\u00e4na aningen l\u00e4tt b\u00f6jda. B\u00f6j kroppen i ungef\u00e4r 45 graders vinkel och se till att h\u00e5lla ryggen rak. Fatta skivst\u00e5ngen n\u00e5got mer \u00e4n axelbrett. L\u00e4t armarna h\u00e4nga rakt ned fr\u00e5n axlarna.
