600.000 euro satsas i att renovera Esteponas livsmedelsmarknad som i st\u00e4llet blir gourmetmarknad. Kommunfullm\u00e4ktige har gett gr\u00f6nt ljus till f\u00f6retaget R&A Residencias SL som ska st\u00e5 f\u00f6r renoveringen som inleds efter sommaren f\u00f6r att st\u00e5 klar till \u00e5rsskiftet. F\u00f6retaget ska driva anl\u00e4ggningen de n\u00e4rmaste tjugo \u00e5ren.<\/p>\n

Det har blivit p\u00e5 mode att medelstora samh\u00e4llen ska ha sin egen gourmetmarknad eller tapashall. Nyligen \u00f6ppnade en gourmethall i Fuengirola mitt emot posthuset och snart \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r Estepona att f\u00e5 n\u00e5got liknande.<\/p>\n

75 arbetstillf\u00e4llen kommer att skapas vid de 26 olika matst\u00e5nd som byggs f\u00f6rutom andra n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga installationer som toaletter och terrasser.<\/p>\n

Esteponas centrala delar har genomg\u00e5tt en st\u00f6rre f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring de senaste \u00e5ren med restaurerade gator. Platsen saluf\u00f6r sig numera som Solkustens tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rd.
