Det kommer allt fler tecken p\u00e5 att byggnationen av bost\u00e4der i Spanien b\u00f6rjar komma ig\u00e5ng. Under 2016 v\u00e4ntas dubbelt s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga bost\u00e4der att byggas i Spanien som under de senaste tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren.<\/p>\n

Spaniens ledande fastighetsm\u00e4klare uttrycker stor optimism n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller 2016. Dubbelt s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga bost\u00e4der ska byggas under \u00e5ret j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med de senaste tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren. Politisk os\u00e4kerhet kan dock komma att p\u00e5verka marknaden negativt.<\/p>\n

N\u00e4r tio av landets ledande m\u00e4klarfirmor tillfr\u00e5gades uppgav 72,3 procent eller sju av tio att minst 100.000 nya bost\u00e4der kommer att byggas och att det i slut\u00e4ndan kan bli upp emot 350.000. N\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften, 47,4 procent tror att det kommer att byggas mellan 100.000 till 175.000 enheter.<\/p>\n

Det kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med de 35.000 som byggdes 2014 och de n\u00e4stan 50.000 f\u00f6r 2015 enligt uppgifter fr\u00e5n Utvecklingsdepartementet Ministerio de Fomento.<\/p>\n
