En nordisk f\u00f6retagsgrupp kommer att investera 32 miljoner euro i ett fyrstj\u00e4rnigt hotell med 247 rum i Arenas kommun \u00f6ster om M\u00e1laga. Kommunfullm\u00e4ktige hanterar i dagsl\u00e4get projektet som ska passa in i den g\u00e4llande stadsplanen PGOU f\u00f6r 2012 p\u00e5 ett 498.362 kvadratmeter stort omr\u00e5de.<\/p>\n

Enligt dagstidningen Diario SUR som var f\u00f6rst med nyheten har de nordiska investerarna koncentrerat sig p\u00e5 Arenas kommun. Sedan 2006 \u00e4ger man en tomt p\u00e5 n\u00e4stan en halv miljon kvadratmeter som ligger vid El Jaral i Axarqu\u00eda-omr\u00e5det ungef\u00e4r tio kilometer fr\u00e5n V\u00e9lez-M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n
