Marken ska enligt stadsplanen f\u00f6r 1986 vara utvecklingsbar.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt tidningen som h\u00e4nvisar till Juan Luis Segalerva vid den spanska avdelningen f\u00f6r Platinum Estates ska byggstarten p\u00e5b\u00f6rjas inom de n\u00e4rmaste m\u00e5naderna. Det blir en av de st\u00f6rsta lyx-resorterna i Spanien.<\/p>\n<p>I projektet ing\u00e5r ett femstj\u00e4rnigt hotell med 200 rum plus 120 villor. Fastigheterna f\u00e5r den arkitektoniska stilen som l\u00e4mpar sig f\u00f6r en by vid Medelhavet. En central plaza byggs med shopping, restauranger och med f\u00f6rstklassiga faciliteter. Anl\u00e4ggningen f\u00e5r \u00e4ven en Beach Club.<\/p>\n<p>Platinum Estates \u00e4r verksamma inom f\u00f6rv\u00e4rv av bost\u00e4der och exklusiva turistanl\u00e4ggningar och har tidigare investerat i Madrid och Valencia.
