Den h\u00f6ga temperaturer har skruvat upp produktionen av gurka vilket har gjort att priserna har kollapsat. Det \u00e4r lagen om tillg\u00e5ng och efterfr\u00e5gan som styr priset.<\/p>\n

Tidigare fick odlarna 0,60 euro f\u00f6r ett kilo gurka. De h\u00f6ga temperaturerna har gjort att produktionen i v\u00e4xthusen har skenat och pressat ned priset till 0,25 euro per kilo. D\u00e5 ska vi ha i \u00e5tanke att produktionskostnaden ligger p\u00e5 0,35 euro per kilot.<\/p>\n

Det g\u00f6r att produktionsf\u00f6retagen \u201ds\u00e4ljer med f\u00f6rlust\u201d vilket bekr\u00e4ftas av organisationen Ecohal och Alfonso Zamora.<\/p>\n
