Provinsen M\u00e1laga \u00e4r den provins d\u00e4r flest nya hivinfektioner konstateras. Det framkom under g\u00e5rdagen d\u00e5 den Internationella aidsdagen eller V\u00e4rldsaidsdagen uppm\u00e4rksammades. Det \u00e4r framf\u00f6r allt unga m\u00e4n i \u00e5ldern 20 till 29 \u00e5r som drabbas. Samtidigt minskar antal aidsfall.<\/p>\n

Enligt Bego\u00f1a Tundidor vid h\u00e4lsodepartementet i M\u00e1laga rapporterades 19 nya aidsfall 2014 vilket var 51,3 procent f\u00e4rre \u00e4n \u00e5ret innan och 93 procent f\u00e4rre \u00e4n \u00e5ret 1995 med 285 fall.<\/p>\n

Samtidigt rapporterades det 162 nya hivfall varav 88,27 procent g\u00e4llde m\u00e4n.<\/p>\n

I M\u00e1laga uppm\u00e4rksammades dagen vid paseo de la Farola d\u00e4r representanter fr\u00e5n samtliga partier fanns med vid manifestationen som leddes av borgm\u00e4staren Francisco de la Torre . Enligt presidenten i Asima, Alicia Cueto, finns det anledning att fira den \u201dobestridliga framg\u00e5ng\u201d av behandlingar som g\u00f6rs f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra livskvaliteten f\u00f6r de drabbade.<\/p>\n

Alla betonade vikten av f\u00f6rebyggande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder och utbilda m\u00e4nniskor om vikten av att ha s\u00e4kert sex eftersom det \u00e4r den vanligaste smittorisken.<\/p>\n

B\u00e5de fr\u00e5n institutioner och organisationer f\u00f6rd\u00f6mer stigmatisering av m\u00e4nniskor som lider av denna sjukdom.
