Kataloniens president Artur Mas har tillsammans med Joana Ortega och Irene Rigau kallats till f\u00f6rfattningsdomstolen f\u00f6r utfr\u00e5gning i samband med den illegala folkomr\u00f6stningen som h\u00f6lls den 9 november om regionens sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndighet.<\/p>\n

Artur Mas har kallats till utfr\u00e5gning den 15 oktober medan de tv\u00e5 \u00f6vriga ska infinna sig den 13 oktober. De kommer att f\u00e5 svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor som r\u00f6r anklagelser om civil olydnad som presenterades den 21 november.<\/p>\n

Enligt domstolen \u00e4r de tre misst\u00e4nkta f\u00f6r att verbalt och administrativt arrangerat en illegala folkomr\u00f6stning den 9 november ifjol som gick emot den spanska grundlagen. De har \u00e4ven gett godk\u00e4nt till att h\u00e4nga upp valinformation p\u00e5 offentliga byggnader som det regionala parlamentet Generalitat.<\/p>\n

Samtliga tre riskerar att d\u00f6mas till mellan sex och 24 m\u00e5nader f\u00f6r civil olydnad. De riskerar \u00e4ven att under tio \u00e5r bli fr\u00e5ntagen samtliga politiska uppdrag och administrativa.<\/p>\n

Dagens besked kan komma att p\u00e5verka f\u00f6rhandlingarna mellan enhetslistan Junts pel S\u00ed (Tillsammans f\u00f6r ja) och v\u00e4nsterpartiet CUP i deras \u00f6verl\u00e4ggningar att bilda en regional regering efter s\u00f6ndagens val. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
