Ett domstolsutslag f\u00f6reskriver att kommunen m\u00e5ste uppfylla sina skyldigheter att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla den nuvarande lagstiftningen kring bullerbek\u00e4mpning. Kommunen m\u00e5ste inf\u00f6ra n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder och krav om ljudisolering s\u00e5 att bullerniv\u00e5n inte \u00f6verskrider g\u00e4llande lag.<\/p>\n<p>Ov\u00e4sen och buller p\u00e5verkar de grundl\u00e4ggande r\u00e4ttigheterna f\u00f6r dem som \u00e4r bosatta i fritidshamnen.<\/p>\n<p>Under 14 \u00e5r har boende framf\u00f6rt klagom\u00e5l till kommunen och till slut varit tvungna att g\u00e5 till domstol s\u00e4ger Francisco Ruiz, boende i omr\u00e5det och talesman f\u00f6r plattformen \u201dPlataforma contra el ruido en Benalm\u00e1dena\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Vid en liknande r\u00e4tteg\u00e5ng d\u00f6mdes V\u00e9lez M\u00e1laga kommun att betala 2,8 miljoner euro f\u00f6r att under 13 \u00e5r inte gjort n\u00e5got \u00e5t situationen vid n\u00f6jesdistriktet El Copo i Torre del Mar. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En domstol i M\u00e1laga har d\u00f6mt Benalm\u00e1denas kommun till att kompensera boende i fritidshamnen Puerto Marina.
