Detta rapporterar dagstidningen Diario SUR.  93 procent av g\u00e4rningsm\u00e4nnen \u00e4r m\u00e4n och brotten motiveras av offrets sexuella l\u00e4ggning, ras och religion. <\/p>\n<p>1.200 av offren som polisen uppm\u00e4rksammade under 2014 var misshandlade kvinnor. De flesta av kvinnorna var yngre och utsattes f\u00f6r brott som, hot, r\u00e5n, sexuella \u00f6vergrepp, utnyttjanden och misshandel.<\/p>\n<p>Hatbrott \u00e4r s\u00e5dana brott d\u00e4r angriparen v\u00e4ljer sitt offer f\u00f6r att tillh\u00f6ra en viss grupp. Transsexuella, homosexuella, m\u00e4nniskor av andra etniciteter och religioner, heml\u00f6sa och funktionshindrade.<\/p>\n<p>Missgynnade, s\u00e5rbara och isolerade m\u00e4nniskor har under m\u00e5nga \u00e5r varit enkla och osynliga offren. I m\u00e5nga fall \u00e4r det m\u00e4nniskor som inte v\u00e5gar klaga och g\u00f6ra sin r\u00f6st h\u00f6rd och blir d\u00e4rmed \u201denkla\u201d brottsoffer.<\/p>\n<p>Regeringen samlar ihop fallen fr\u00e5n 2013 och utarbetar nu en rapport f\u00f6r att uppm\u00e4rksamma problemet. &#8221;Vi m\u00e5ste bygga denna medvetenhet\u201d sade inrikesminister Jorge Fernandez Diaz, under presentationen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Vi m\u00e5ste f\u00e5 upp dessa fall till ytan att b\u00e5de offer och det civila samh\u00e4llet f\u00f6rd\u00f6mer dessa brott. Vi m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra s\u00e5 att offren k\u00e4nner sig skyddade.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Rapporten bekr\u00e4ftar ministern, speglar endast en liten del av alla brott. Ingen vet den exakta storleken. Mer \u00e4n h\u00e4lften av offren f\u00f6r hatbrott som registrerats \u00e4r kvinnor, hela 54 %. De handlade fr\u00e4mst om sexuella \u00f6vergrepp, hot och misshandel.
