Jag tror inte att du \u00e4r den enda som skulle f\u00e5 problem om jag fr\u00e5gade dig vad vitaminer \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e5got. Som du sj\u00e4lv skriver, alla vet att man beh\u00f6ver vitaminer, men det \u00e4r nog inte s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som vet vad vitaminer \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e5got och varf\u00f6r vi beh\u00f6ver dem. Jag vill f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka ge ett enkelt svar.<\/p>\n<p>Vi skandinaver l\u00e4gger \u00e5rligen ut miljontals kronor p\u00e5 vitaminer och andra kosttillskott. Om kroppen beh\u00f6ver detta tillskott \u00e4r en annan diskussion.<\/p>\n<p>Ordet vitamin kommer fr\u00e5n latinska \u201cvita\u201d som betyder liv, \u201damin\u201d \u00e4r en kemisk grupp av \u00e4mnen som inneh\u00e5ller nitrogen. V\u00e5r kropp beh\u00f6ver dessa vitaminer f\u00f6r att oms\u00e4tta livsviktiga energigivande n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som fett, proteiner och kolhydrater s\u00e5 att kroppen v\u00e4xer, underh\u00e5lls och att fortplantningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5gan fungerar. Vissa vitaminer \u00e4r beroende av andra vitaminer f\u00f6r att kunna g\u00f6ra sitt jobb, d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r vi beroende av en varierad kost.<\/p>\n<p>Vi delar in vitaminer i vattenl\u00f6sliga och fettl\u00f6sliga vitaminer. Med vattenl\u00f6sliga vitaminer menar vi att \u00f6verskottet fr\u00e5n dessa vitaminer f\u00f6rsvinner via urin eller svett, och att \u00f6verdosering av dessa vitaminer \u00e4r osannolikt. Dessa vitaminer (C och B) kan tas med j\u00e4mna mellanrum under dagen s\u00e5 att kroppen f\u00e5r en tillr\u00e4cklig del. Vitamin A, D, E och K \u00e4r de som vi kallar f\u00f6r kallas f\u00f6r fettl\u00f6sliga vitaminer och kan leda till \u00f6verdosering eftersom de lagras i kroppens fettv\u00e4vnad och lever. Dessa vitaminer beh\u00f6ver fettsyror f\u00f6r att kroppen ska kunna absorbera dem.<\/p>\n<p>Lyckligtvis upplever vi s\u00e4llan att m\u00e4nniskor har allvarliga brister av vitaminer (vilket kan leda till allvarliga sjukdomar). \u00c5 andra sidan har livsmedelskvaliteten blivit s\u00e4mre samtidigt som folk \u00e4ter mindre frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker \u00e4n tidigare, detta tillsammans med ett h\u00f6gt sockerintag (som g\u00f6r att kroppen tappar vitaminer och mineraler), kan leda till vitaminbrist.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c4r du os\u00e4ker och om du har tendenser till vitaminbrist \u00e4r det b\u00e4st om du kontaktar en l\u00e4kare f\u00f6r att ta ett blodprov innan du b\u00f6rjar ta stora m\u00e4ngder vitaminer genom kosttillskott.<br \/>\nH\u00e4lsningar Johnny!<\/p>\n<p>Hej Johnny. Jag har problem med celliluter p\u00e5 mina l\u00e5r. Vad kan jag g\u00f6ra \u00e5t detta?<br \/>\n\u201dMarie\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hej Marie. Celliluter \u00e4r fett som ligger under huden. Detta fett \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt som isolering och \u00e4r &#8221;inkapslade&#8221; i rum med v\u00e4ggar av bindv\u00e4v. N\u00e4r du blir \u00e4ldre och blir dessa mindre elastiska fylls dessa rum med mer fett \u00e4n vad du beh\u00f6ver. Det \u00e4r detta som ger den n\u00e5got rynkiga eller oj\u00e4mna huden som k\u00e4nnetecknar celliluter. N\u00e5gra fall av celliluter \u00e4r \u00e4rftlig, och det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4ven yngre kvinnor kan ha det.<\/p>\n<p>Det viktigaste du kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att &#8221;utrota&#8221; celliluter \u00e4r att \u00e4gna dig \u00e5t tr\u00e4ning. Tr\u00e4ning stimulerar cirkulationen, \u00f6kar muskelmassan och ger en fastare tajtare kropp. Tr\u00e4ningen \u00f6kar \u00e4ven din \u00e4mnesoms\u00e4ttning vilket g\u00f6r att du har l\u00e4ttare att br\u00e4nna \u00f6verskottet av fett. M\u00e5ttlig och regelbunden motion \u00e4r mest effektiv mot celliluter och inte stenh\u00e5rd tr\u00e4ning n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng ibland.<\/p>\n<p>Du m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 \u00e4ta sunt. F\u00f6rs\u00f6k att f\u00e5 i dig fibrer samt mycket frukt och gr\u00f6nsaker.<\/p>\n<p>Att dricka mycket vatten kan vara ett annat hj\u00e4lpmedel mot celliluter d\u00e5 detta hj\u00e4lper njurarna och huden med att effektivt f\u00e5 med sig kroppens avfallsprodukter.
