Det handlar om en ny f\u00f6rordning (1169\/2011) som kommer att b\u00f6rja g\u00e4lla f\u00f6r mat och dryck och som ger b\u00e4ttre och tydligare information till konsumenterna.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dVi blir allt mer intresserade av livsmedlets sammans\u00e4ttning, ursprung och n\u00e4ringsm\u00e4ssiga egenskaper\u201d s\u00e4ger Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Ferrer som \u00e4r chef f\u00f6r avdelningen som lagstiftar inom omr\u00e5det. \u201dEU har beslutat att den befintliga lagstiftningen ska bli enhetlig och fastst\u00e4ller villkoren f\u00f6r m\u00e4rkning s\u00e5 att den blir mer begriplig f\u00f6r konsumenterna\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Totalt kommer det att inf\u00f6ras tio steg f\u00f6r att m\u00e4rkningen ska bli tydligare och mer l\u00e4ttl\u00e4st.
