Det framkom p\u00e5 onsdagen d\u00e5 organisationens president Rans\u00e9s P\u00e9rez Boga presenterade ett dokument som beskriver skattereformer och \u201dsvarta h\u00e5l\u201d kopplat till bedr\u00e4geri.<\/p>\n<p>Att legalisera prostitutionen och handeln med l\u00e4ttare droger skulle inneb\u00e4ra inkomster till statskassan. IHE uppskattar att dessa branscher oms\u00e4tter 18.000 miljoner euro. Med en skattesats p\u00e5 30 procent skulle det bli en inkomst till staten p\u00e5 6.000 miljoner euro.<\/p>\n<p>Rans\u00e9s P\u00e9rez Boga s\u00e4ger att det finns mycket \u201dhyckleri\u201d och uppmanar till en \u201dseri\u00f6s debatt\u201d.
