Socialistiska PSOE blev n\u00e4sta st\u00f6rsta parti med 23 procent vilket ger 14 platser i parlamentet.<\/p>\n<p>Det st\u00e5r allts\u00e5 klart att spanjorerna har straffat landets tv\u00e5 st\u00f6rsta partier. Sedan valet 2009 har Partido Popular f\u00f6rlorat 2,5 miljoner r\u00f6ster och PSOE har f\u00f6rlorat 3,5 miljoner r\u00f6ster eller n\u00e4stan h\u00e4lften av sina sympatis\u00f6rer.<\/p>\n<p>Den stora \u00f6verraskningen \u00e4r det nystartade v\u00e4nsterpartiet Podemos med partiledaren Pablo Iglesias som fick 7,96 procent av r\u00f6sterna som ger 5 platser i EU-parlamentet. Podemos blir det fj\u00e4rde st\u00f6rsta partiet efter F\u00f6renade v\u00e4nstern IU.<\/p>\n<p>I motsats till vad m\u00e5nga bed\u00f6mare hade f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5tt \u00f6kade valdeltagandet i Spanien med en procentrenhet till 45,85 fr\u00e5n 44,9 procent. Det betyder \u00e5 andra sidan att majoriteten av spanjorerna inte valde att r\u00f6sta.<\/p>\n<p>Att Spaniens tv\u00e5 st\u00f6rsta etablerade partier, PSOE och PP, inte f\u00e5r ens h\u00e4lften av r\u00f6sterna \u00e4r anm\u00e4rkningsv\u00e4rt. Vid det senaste allm\u00e4nna valet i november 2011 fick dessa partier 73,4 procent av r\u00f6sterna och vid EU-valet 2009 fick de 80,9 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Det st\u00e5r helt klart att de \u00e4r sm\u00e5partierna som plockar upp missn\u00f6jda v\u00e4ljare. F\u00f6renade v\u00e4nstern IU fick 9,99 procent och \u00f6kar fr\u00e5n tv\u00e5 till sex platser i EU-parlamentet. Podemos blir ett helt nytt parti som kommer in och samtidigt \u00f6kar centerpartiet UpyD till 6,46 procent och f\u00e5r fyra platser i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r en plats.<\/p>\n<p>Koalitionen f\u00f6r Europa (CiU, PNV y CC) \u00f6kar med tv\u00e5 till tre platser och f\u00e5r 5,45 procent av r\u00f6sterna medan v\u00e4nsterrepublikanska ERC i Katalonien f\u00e5r 4,08 procent och tv\u00e5 platser.
