Mannen hade bara sju \u201dpuntos\u201d eller po\u00e4ng kvar p\u00e5 sitt k\u00f6rkort.<\/p>\n<p>33-\u00e5rige Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez k\u00f6rde den gr\u00e4vmaskin eller lastare som av of\u00f6rklarlig anledning gjorde en v\u00e4nstersv\u00e4ng p\u00e5 en rakstr\u00e4cka. Vid h\u00e4ndelsen tvingades den mindre bussen d\u00e4r 17 personer f\u00e4rdades i varav 14 minder\u00e5riga att g\u00f6ra en skarp v\u00e4nstersv\u00e4ng vilket gjorde att bussen k\u00f6rde av v\u00e4gen.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt El Mundo hade lastaren inte besiktats sedan 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez testades positivt f\u00f6r droger direkt efter h\u00e4ndelsen i torsdags. Mannen ska ha anv\u00e4nt b\u00e5de kokain och cannabis regelbundet vilket bekr\u00e4ftas av vittnesm\u00e5l fr\u00e5n mannens n\u00e4rmaste v\u00e4nner.<\/p>\n<p>Han har anv\u00e4nt droger regelbundet. Jag \u00e4r inte f\u00f6rv\u00e5nad, s\u00e4ger en av mannens v\u00e4nner till El Mundo. Mannen har efter h\u00e4ndelsen i torsdags f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt ta sitt eget liv uppger flera spanska medier.<\/p>\n<p>Fem pojkar mellan 12 och 15 \u00e5r omkom i trafikolyckan.
