Personer som tidigare har blivit d\u00f6mda f\u00f6r sexuella \u00f6vergrepp mot barn ska i framtiden inte kunna ha arbeten som inneb\u00e4r kontakt med barn. S\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt \u00e4r alla \u00f6verens.<\/p>\n

Fr\u00e5gan \u00e4r bara hur detta ska g\u00e5 till. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r vill regeringen uppr\u00e4tta ett register f\u00f6r att avg\u00f6ra vilka personer som i framtiden ska f\u00f6rhindras att arbeta i milj\u00f6er med barn.<\/p>\n

Den spanska regeringen vill reformera lagen om skydd av barn som syftar till att st\u00e4rka barns r\u00e4ttigheter i situationer med sexuella \u00f6vergrepp och k\u00f6nsrelaterat v\u00e5ld. Samtidigt m\u00e5ste registreringen f\u00f6lja lagstiftningen och den spanska konstitutionen.<\/p>\n

Reformen inneb\u00e4r ett register d\u00e4r personer d\u00f6mda f\u00f6r att missbrukat barn sexuellt eller handel med barn finns med trots om dessa har avtj\u00e4nat sitt straff. Registret blir inte tillg\u00e4ngligt f\u00f6r allm\u00e4nheten.<\/p>\n
