Samtliga d\u00f6ms \u00e4ven till att betala b\u00f6ter.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e4tten skriver att med domen betonas \u201ddet allvarliga beteendet\u201d. Det r\u00f6r sig inte om n\u00e5gra st\u00f6rre summor pengar men faktum \u00e4r att de 14 anst\u00e4llda vid Guardia Civil har missbrukat sitt \u00e4mbete och utnyttjat resen\u00e4rer.<\/p>\n<p>Enligt r\u00e4ttens ordf\u00f6rande har de d\u00f6mda beg\u00e4rt att f\u00e5 pengar f\u00f6r att sl\u00e4ppa igenom resen\u00e4rer vid tullen. \u201dDeras handlande har orsakat skador p\u00e5 den offentliga servicen\u201d, skriver r\u00e4tten vidare.<\/p>\n<p>Bland annat ska de ha tvingat att norskt par att betala pengar f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 in varor de hade med fr\u00e5n hemlandet.<\/p>\n<p>Samtidigt d\u00f6ms en kinesisk medborgare f\u00f6r att ha betalat Guardia Civil-anst\u00e4llda. Resen\u00e4ren d\u00f6ms till b\u00f6ter p\u00e5 129 euro.
