Partido Poulars ansvarige inom stadsplanering, Pablo Moro (PP) menar att PSOE \u00e4gnar sig \u00e5t skr\u00e4mselpropaganda.<\/p>\n<p>En \u201dmycket omfattande studie\u201d har genomf\u00f6rts d\u00e4r fem omr\u00e5den i kommunen pekas ut som l\u00e4mpliga platser f\u00f6r byggnader som uppf\u00f6rs \u201dmycket kontrollerat och begr\u00e4nsat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Han betonar att konstruktion \u00e4r av modern design som Torre Agbar i Barcelona (bilden).
