F\u00f6retaget som grundades 1973 f\u00f6rlorade r\u00e4ttigheterna som \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljare av BMW i butiken i M\u00e1laga har skulder p\u00e5 mellan tio till tolv miljoner euro.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6retaget med f\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningskontor i M\u00e1laga och San Pedro Alc\u00e1ntara f\u00f6rsattes nyligen i konkurs vid domstolen Mercantil nummer 2 i M\u00e1laga. Inom koncernen Guarnieri ber\u00f6rs f\u00f6retagen Guarnieri Concesionarios SL, Guarnieri Selection SL och Master Lease.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6retaget startades av den italienska bilf\u00f6raren Guido Guarnieri som blev den f\u00f6rsta \u00e5terf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljaren av BMW i Andalusien. Den ekonimiska krisen har slagit h\u00e5rt mot bilbranschen och f\u00f6retaget uppger att de bara har s\u00e5lt h\u00e4lften s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga bilar nu j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med 2007. 2008 hade f\u00f6retaget en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 48 miljoner som 2012 uppgick till 15 miljoner.<\/p>\n<p>50 anst\u00e4llda ber\u00f6rs av konkursen.
