Marbella kommun har beslutat att s\u00e4nka fastighetsskatten IBI n\u00e4sta \u00e5r vilket kommer att gynna 40 procent av hush\u00e5llen. Kommunfullm\u00e4ktige har gett gr\u00f6nt ljus till en plan f\u00f6r skattem\u00e4ssiga och ekonomiska \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som kommer att \u00e5terspeglas i den kommunala budgeten f\u00f6r de kommande tv\u00e5 \u00e5ren.<\/p>\n

En av de mest efterl\u00e4ngtade \u00e4r att fastighetsskatten s\u00e4nks fr\u00e5n 1,0389 till 0,987. Enligt uppskattningar kommer 40 procent att gynnas av detta initiativ s\u00e5 att de 2014 kommer att betala mindre eller att avgiften blir of\u00f6r\u00e4ndrad.<\/p>\n

Samtidigt ska 16.000 bost\u00e4der legaliseras f\u00f6r att godk\u00e4nnas i den nya stadsplanen PGOU (Plan General de Ordenaci\u00f3n Urbana).<\/p>\n
