Det uppger dagstidningen Diario SUR.<\/p>\n<p>Egendomarna ligger i Marbella och Madrid f\u00f6rutom tv\u00e5 g\u00e5rdar p\u00e5 300 och 600 hektar i provinsen Toledo. Domstolen har lagt embargo p\u00e5 egendomarna tills de fyra barnen Gil \u00e5terbetalar 66 miljoner euro till Marbella kommun plus r\u00e4nta p\u00e5 ungef\u00e4r 40 miljoner euro.<\/p>\n<p>De fyra barnen Jes\u00fas, Miguel \u00c1ngel, Fernando \u00d3scar och Mari\u00e1ngeles d\u00f6mdes i april 2011 till att betala tillbaka pengar till kommunen som helt felaktigt \u00f6verf\u00f6rts till andra bankkonton under perioden 1994-1999 d\u00e5 deras pappa var borgm\u00e4stare i Marbella.<\/p>\n<p>Domstolen menar att eftersom de fyra har accepterat arvet efter sin far s\u00e5 har de \u00e4ven skyldigheter till att betala tillbaka pengar.<\/p>\n<p>Barnen till Jes\u00fas Gil st\u00e5r bakom f\u00f6retaget Club Financiero Inmobiliario som bland annat \u00e4ger fyra egendomar i Madrid, fem i Marbella och 84 garageplatser i Marbella f\u00f6rutom g\u00e5rdar p\u00e5 landet utanf\u00f6r Toledo. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Domstolsmyndigheten Sala de Justicia del Tribunal de Cuentas har lagt embargo p\u00e5 118 egendomar som tillh\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som \u00e4gs av fyra barn till Marbellas tidigare borgm\u00e4stare Jes\u00fas Gil.
