I b\u00f6rjan av februari \u00f6ppnade Casa Italia igen efter ett 2 m\u00e5naders l\u00e5ngt uppeh\u00e5ll d\u00e5 restaurangen genomg\u00e5tt en komplett renovering. Ett helt nytt k\u00f6k har installerats, terrassgolvet \u00e4r nytt och baren har flyttats till ett mer centralt l\u00e4ge i restaurangen och har nu ett par h\u00f6gre barbord och en fin vin display.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 sj\u00e4lva bardisken och barborden ligger fina, massiva tr\u00e4skivor av &#8221;afromorsia&#8221; som \u00e4r afrikansk teak. Inredningen har f\u00e5tt nya, sk\u00f6nt balanserade f\u00e4rger. Vi bes\u00f6kte Casa Italia en lunch och valde att \u00e4ta gluten fritt. Faktum \u00e4r att \u00e4ven d\u00e5, finns det mycket att v\u00e4lja p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Ugnsbakad aubergine med tomatr\u00f6ra och ost smakade mycket gott. En bra tallrik att dela p\u00e5 \u00e4r carpaccio tricolore som serveras med avokado, ost och f\u00e4rsk tomat som tillbeh\u00f6r. Glutenfri pasta finns i penne eller spagetti och vi valde den goda s\u00e5sen Guiseppe som g\u00f6rs med tomat, gr\u00e4dde, r\u00f6kt skinka och ost. F\u00f6r glutenfria alternativ finns ytterligare 5-6 s\u00e5ser att v\u00e4lja p\u00e5 inkl. pizza, kyckling och scaloppines. Och en 3 r\u00e4tters meny f\u00f6r under 20 \u20ac serveras b\u00e5de till lunch och middag.
