Efter att ha arbetat p\u00e5 flera k\u00e4nda krogar p\u00e5 Costa del Sol, \u00f6ppnade Alexandre sin egen restaurang f\u00f6r 1 \u00e5r och 3 m\u00e5nader sedan.<\/p>\n<p>Inredningen \u00e4r fr\u00e4sch med mycket tr\u00e4 i bord, v\u00e4ggpaneler och den fantastiska bardisken. Stolarna \u00e4r av skandinavisk design och riktigt bekv\u00e4ma vilket passar f\u00f6r en l\u00e5ng sittning tilsammans med goda v\u00e4nner och fantastiskt god mat. Alexandre har skapat en unik krog d\u00e4r han sj\u00e4lv lagar all mat med hj\u00e4lp av sin fru och det sker mitt i lokalen bakom ett enorm bark\u00f6k. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis har han hela tiden kontakt med sina g\u00e4ster och kan ta del av deras matupplevelse. Ibland kan det ta lite tid mellan r\u00e4tterna men det \u00e4r v\u00e4l v\u00e4rt att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>Vi serveras en god sparrissoppa i snapsglas som aperitif, d\u00e4refter pilgrimsmusslor med svamp, spenat och duchesse, och allt \u00e4r mycket gott. Pocherat \u00e4gg med sparris smakar ocks\u00e5 mycket bra. Pasta Tartuffo \u00e4r underbar och iberisk fl\u00e4skfile och svamp n\u00e4stan sm\u00e4lter i munnen. Under m\u00e5ltiden m\u00e4rker vi att flera matg\u00e4ster har varit h\u00e4r tidigare och det kan vi f\u00f6rst\u00e5 efter alla v\u00e4lsmakande r\u00e4tter.<br \/>\nMenyn \u00e4r inte stor och v\u00e4xlar varje vecka med 4-5 f\u00f6rr\u00e4tter, ett par fisk, ett par k\u00f6tt och detsamma g\u00e4ller f\u00f6r varmr\u00e4tter.
