Pappan tog med flickan ut f\u00f6r att delta i firandet av fiestan p\u00e5 orten. Pappan d\u00f6k upp p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen med uppenbara tecken p\u00e5 berusning och i chocktillst\u00e5nd utan att veta var flickan fanns. S\u00f6kandet efter henne organiserades snabbt och hon hittades efter n\u00e5gra timmar i vattendraget Los Molinos. Alla \u00e5terupplivningsf\u00f6rs\u00f6k som gjordes var resultatl\u00f6sa.
