I helgen gjorde PSOE ett utspel d\u00e4r man lovade ett grundavdrag i deklarationen p\u00e5 400 euro. Det skulle inneb\u00e4ra att de med l\u00e4gst inkomst inte beh\u00f6ver betala n\u00e5gon inkomstskatt alls. Utspelet ses dels som ett svar p\u00e5 Partido Populars l\u00f6fte om inkomstskattebefrielse f\u00f6r alla med inkomster under 16 000 euro\/\u00e5r, men \u00e4ven som ett f\u00f6rs\u00f6k ta udden av de allt s\u00e4mre ekonomiska siffrorna med h\u00f6gre arbetsl\u00f6shet.
