Hypoteksr\u00e4ntan f\u00f6r bol\u00e5n med r\u00f6rlig r\u00e4nta var under sex \u00e5r negativ. Men fr\u00e5n december har den \u00f6kat fr\u00e5n -0,52 procent till 1,2 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Under hela augusti m\u00e5nad har utvecklingen av Eur\u00edbor varit upp\u00e5tg\u00e5ende. I onsdags registrerade den 1,7 procent s\u00e5 utsikterna f\u00f6r september \u00e4r inte alls lovande. Marknaden utesluter inte att den \u00f6kar till \u00f6ver 2 procent inom kort.<\/p>\n<p>I Spanien har det tecknats cirka fyra miljoner bol\u00e5n till den r\u00f6rliga hypoteksr\u00e4ntan.
